MARCOOT TALLOW CO.
Our Story
We are Beth and Amy Marcoot, seventh-generation dairy farmers (and beef farmers!) located in the heart of the Midwest. Our family has a rich history in agriculture dating back to before our ancestors immigrated from Switzerland in 1840. Caring for the cattle, the land and our people is part of our core value.
We never saw ourselves working back on our family farm or working together, but it was an important decision for us to come back to our family farm to preserve our heritage, our passion and our purpose. We opened our doors to Marcoot Jersey Creamery in June 2010.
We know a key to sustainability on our small family farm is diversity. We have been raising American Wagyu since 2010. We been told by many that our beef is the absolute best! We think so too! (Of course no hormones added!).
Along the way, we realized the value of beef tallow for cooking and skincare. Our several step process makes our tallow products luxurious and delightful. We truly hope you and your family love our tallow as much as we do!
We appreciate your support of our family farm!
With Gratitude,
Beth & Amy
